La Mezzaluna, a small Italian restaurant located on Princeton’s Witherspoon Street, always has freshly cut flowers on their tables. Every day of every season.
I have passed by their storefront countless times, and each time I see one of their small flower centerpieces, it brings a smile to my face. I think of the proud owner who has made sure, despite whatever may be happening in their own lives, to have those flowers displayed. Perhaps the weather is terrible, or it’s off-season and flowers are difficult to find or expensive to purchase, whatever the potential obstacle may be, they make a point to have fresh-cut flowers displayed on the table.
If you enjoy the images I create, or the writing that accompanies them, thank you. I am pleased to know that you appreciate them. It takes time to travel and collect these images, more time still to consider them and write, even briefly, about them. The most significant support you can show me in return is to consider purchasing a print, buying me a (digital) cup of coffee, or by helping to expose the work to a broader audience by sharing any of my posts with your friends and family through social media. Thank you so much for your time, your attention, and your support.
